We are now seeking a Safety Pedagogue for Åkrahällskolan High School. In your role as a Safety Pedagogue, you will work with a holistic perspective on students. You will primarily work preventatively and health-promotingly to counteract insecurity, mental health issues, and absenteeism. You will be a crucial part of our equal treatment work and responsible for handling harassment cases and measures related to safety work. You will become a natural part of our student health team and be involved in our attendance-promoting efforts. Your tasks include creating close relationships with our students and, in some cases, their guardians, conducting conversations, and providing practical support to students in school and leisure situations, as well as attendance work. Close collaboration with other school staff is a given. You will focus on building trust, creating security, and providing students with the support they need to dare to change their situation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: - Is trained as a social pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent - Has relevant experience working with children and youth It is meritorious if you have experience working with children and youth in schools, social services, or interdisciplinary contexts. You enjoy working practically and closely with students. You are comfortable collaborating with others and easily build trust. You like to collaborate and are happy to contribute to good team relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. B driver's license is required.
