**Your Workplace**
At Djupedalskolan in Mölnlycke, you will encounter a professional, warm, and inclusive school with approximately 400 students in grades 4–9. Here, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues who strive every day to create safety, participation, and good learning conditions for all students. You will collaborate daily with the school social team, which consists of two social educators, a student coordinator, and other safety staff – a team that together fosters presence, relationships, and social security in the students' daily lives.
As a curator, you will be the cornerstone of the school’s social mission – to nurture, strengthen, and further develop our already safe and harmonious school environment. You are an important voice in the student health team and a natural part of the school’s collective efforts for students' well-being and development.

**Your Mission**
As a curator at Djupedalskolan, you will play a key role in our student health efforts. You are an important contributor to creating the best conditions for our students to thrive and succeed in school. Here, you will have the opportunity to both uphold and further develop an already safe and harmonious school environment. Together with the school's student health team, you will contribute to a holistic perspective where learning, health, and relationships are interconnected.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working health-promoting and preventative through school-wide initiatives, such as those concerning norms, safety, well-being, puberty, and group-strengthening activities based on the school’s identified needs.
- Conducting social assessments.
- Holding support conversations with individual students in need of counseling, as well as conducting group and class discussions focusing on well-being, emotions, and interaction.
- Collaborating with educators and guardians to provide guidance, information, and support regarding students' social situations.
- Participating in multi-party conversations with students, guardians, and school staff, as well as attending network meetings as needed.
- Providing supervision and consultation to school staff on issues related to students' social and emotional development.
- Collaborating with social services, child and adolescent psychiatric services (BUP), habilitation, and other authorities regarding individual students, and initiating contacts, reports of concern, and referrals as needed.
- Participating in the organizational and structural student health work, including involvement in the local EHT and in the curator group led by a coordinator at the municipal level.

**Requirements for the Position**
- Degree in Social Work
- Strong ability to communicate, document, and collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the school’s governing documents and the mission of student health
To obtain employment, a background check from the Police must be provided.
