About the position: We are currently looking for extra staff for a cheerful woman in her 80s who lives in a villa with her family. The tasks are varied and include everything from participating in leisure activities to supporting her in daily life with a positive attitude and great care. We are looking for a flexible woman in good physical shape. You enjoy being active and engaging with others.
The position is a part-time employment with the possibility of fixed scheduled shifts and daytime work every other weekend.
We would like you to be:
• Have a B driver's license.
• Non-smoker.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working hours and needs that may arise.
• In good physical condition to participate in and assist with physical activities.
• Experience in similar work is an advantage – we primarily see that your personal suitability and attitude align with what we are looking for.
Scope & Work Arrangement:
• Start date: Immediate.
• Employment rate: Part-time with the possibility of fixed scheduled shifts and daytime work every other weekend.
• Work shifts: Day and evening, as well as weekends every other week.

Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions
Recruitment process: We will continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may occur before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, along with the client and any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is always required.
Child perspective in recruitment: At ENKV, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you are applying for a position that involves working with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with a minor client also includes training on the child perspective.
Employment conditions: To be employed with us, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required as both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.
