Vida Träförädling is part of the Vida Group, one of Sweden's largest actors in the forest and timber industry. We are a group with approximately 1,900 employees and 27 production facilities throughout southern Sweden. We work with wood as a material, which makes us a sustainable and secure future industry.
We employ both men and women with different educational backgrounds. A common misconception about the sawmill industry is that it involves heavy physical labor, but we want to change that perception! The heavy work is largely handled by automated machines, which requires personnel to monitor and partially control machine lines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What Does the Role Involve?
Vida Träförädling is seeking a forklift operator to join our team in Alvesta. You will be responsible for loading transports and supplying production with materials. We operate larger forklifts weighing 12-15 tons. The position involves working daytime shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who Are We Looking For?
You have a good ability to plan workflow and work systematically and structured. We prefer candidates with forklift driving experience. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Above all, we value a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, and a commitment to seeing opportunities and continuously wanting to improve. You are comfortable with order and organization, are attentive, and have good collaborative skills.
