About this role
We are looking for a Transport Planner for our office in Malmö. If you are analytical, structured, and have an interest in environmental issues, this could be your next challenge!
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Planning the operational transport activities for assignments within the region.
• Managing and scheduling work orders to the appropriate resources based on the requirements of the assignment.
• Creating new synergies by planning vehicles over a larger geographical area.
• Following up on completed orders.
• Conducting reviews and route optimization as needed. You will identify and report complaints and discrepancies, ensuring that the company's systems for quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues are adhered to in connection with transport planning.
• Maintaining daily contact with customers, drivers, section managers, customer service representatives, and other colleagues within the section you support. However, you are also expected to assist in other sections as needed.
In addition, you will also assist and provide support in what is internally referred to as the scale, where we weigh trucks coming in with waste to our facility.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previously worked with logistics support.
• Possesses good knowledge of road conditions and geography in and around Skåne.
• Is structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Is knowledgeable in the recycling industry and planning ADR transports. Having an ADR basic certification is an advantage.
• Is independent, driven, meticulous, and quality-conscious.
• Can handle stress.
• Holds a valid driver's license for passenger vehicles.

Other Information
Work location: Malmö
Part-time: 40 hours/week.
This position is a temporary role starting immediately until June, with the possibility of a permanent position.
