Job Responsibilities:
As a transport planner, you will be responsible for the operational management of transports in the region and ensure work orders are assigned to the right resources. You will follow up on assignments, optimize routes and resources, and have daily contact with drivers. The role also involves basic invoice support and contributing to team collaboration and development.
• Plan and coordinate transport assignments
• Assign work orders to appropriate resources
• Optimize routes and resource utilization
• Follow up on completed work orders and handle basic invoice inquiries
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has a high school education
• Holds a B driver's license
• Is proficient with computers and can handle various systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
Advantageous Experience:
• Recycling industry or hazardous waste sector
• Logistics planning and resource optimization
• Telephone support and customer contact
