**Responsibilities**
As a transport coordinator at Wiklunds, you will play a central role in the operational activities and contribute to ensuring safe and efficient transport. You will have daily contact with both customers and drivers, managing incoming orders, guiding customers regarding waste services, and planning transport assignments for the company's vehicles. You will work independently and systematically to lead and support the drivers in their daily tasks, always focusing on safety, quality, and service. The role also includes administrative tasks such as invoicing, monitoring assignments, and documentation. You will be part of a team of five transport coordinators and report to the department manager. The position is based at the office in Kallhäll, Järfälla. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and plan incoming orders
- Guide customers regarding waste services
- Plan and allocate transport assignments for vehicles
- Lead and support drivers in their daily work
- Ensure that work is performed with a focus on safety, quality, and service
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, follow-up, and documentation
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, drivers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Background as a truck driver, preferably in waste management
- Good system knowledge and computer skills
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience as a transport coordinator is an advantage
