The position is based at our headquarters in Västerås, with service centers also located in Uppsala, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Cabonline Region Mitt includes several well-known brands, such as Taxi Västerås, Taxi Stor & Liten, Örebro Läns Taxi, Taxi Kurir, and Sverigetaxi. We operate taxi services in Västmanland, Gävleborg, Sörmland, Uppsala County, and Örebro County. The role involves travel between our various locations, providing variety in the work and the opportunity to meet colleagues and transport providers in different places. As a Transporter & Contract Coordinator, you will become an important part of the operation and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team where structure, quality, and good relationships are central. About the Role As a Transporter & Contract Coordinator at Cabonline Region Mitt, you will be a central part of our team and responsible for ensuring that transport provider agreements, vehicle fleets, and related processes are always correct, up-to-date, and comply with applicable requirements. The role combines administration, statistics, vehicle fleet management, and contract handling to support the operation and create good conditions for our transport providers. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners. Main Responsibilities • Manage transport provider agreements and ensure they are correct and updated. • Be responsible for vehicle lists. • Work with vehicle lists and administration of vehicle schedules. • Produce and report statistics and key performance indicators. • Maintain contact with car companies and ensure that only approved vehicles are included according to agreements. • Administer queue and interest applications for new vehicles and manage vehicle fees. • Conduct credit checks via Credit Safe. • Work with and manage functional mailboxes. Requirements • B driver's license and access to your own car, as travel between our locations is included in the role. • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form. • Basic English, in both spoken and written form.
