We are currently seeking a salesperson focused on commercial vehicles for our facility in Gävle at Thunbergs Bil.
Thunbergs Bil, with a proud history since 1967, is a well-established player in the automotive industry in Gävleborg. We sell quality brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Ram.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing the commercial vehicle business and become part of a close-knit team where we support each other in our daily tasks. **About the Position**
As a salesperson for commercial vehicles, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to delivery. You will build and develop your own customer portfolio, focusing on companies in construction, contracting, and similar industries.
You are unafraid to pick up the phone, schedule meetings, and drive sales, while also being present in the showroom to meet visiting customers. The role entails a varied daily routine where you actively engage with the market and contribute to the team's collective success at the facility.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Actively pursue new corporate customers within the Gävleborg region
- Build long-term customer relationships and develop existing business
- Drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis to delivery
- Represent strong brands and create tailored commercial vehicle solutions
- Participate in the work in the showroom and contribute to the team's success
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who is social, driven, and self-sufficient. You enjoy taking initiative and creating your own business opportunities. You are comfortable establishing new contacts, quickly building trust, and expressing yourself well in both spoken and written communication.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in call service or telephone-based sales
- Worked with proactive sales, such as door-to-door sales
- Experience from construction, contracting, building supplies, or similar environments
- Alternatively, a background as a tradesperson combined with sales experience
Most importantly, you have a business-oriented mindset, enjoy building relationships, and are confident in calculating business deals.
**Qualifications**
- Documented experience in sales, preferably towards corporate customers
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Experience working independently and goal-oriented
- A valid driver's license (B category) is required
