Now you have the chance to become part of RN Automotive - an exciting venture aimed at elevating the Renault and Dacia brands to new heights in the Swedish market. Our facilities in Spånga and Haninge will be our flagship stores, and we are now seeking you who want to take a position as a commercial vehicle sales representative at the Spånga location.
As a commercial vehicle sales representative at RN Automotive, you will become part of an established business that, as of November 3, 2025, will have a new owner and a clear future-oriented focus. Your role will center on actively driving and developing new business. You will work proactively and creatively to find potential customers, book and conduct meetings, and build long-term relationships that create results. Your customer base will include both small businesses and larger organizations, and you will have the opportunity to shape your own business from start to finish.
With a strong product portfolio, modern technology, and a clear structure behind you, all conditions are set for success - but it is your own drive, creativity, and ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles that will determine how far you can go. Once contact is established, you will follow the customer all the way, from the first meeting and test drive to agreement and long-term relationship. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the showroom team, where you will also meet customers who come in spontaneously or contact us directly.
Your Profile
We are seeking someone who is passionate about sales and wants to be the best in their field. You have experience in B2B sales and a natural ability to build long-term customer relationships. You are accustomed to independently working with both new and existing customers, and booking and conducting customer meetings. Previous experience with commercial vehicles is highly meritorious, but most importantly, you are a self-driven, business-oriented person who is passionate about deals. You see opportunities where others see problems and appreciate an environment where you can directly influence your sales and results. A B driver's license is required.

About the Company
RN Automotive is a newly formed subsidiary of Hedin Caetano AB, and sister company to RN Nordic AB, which is responsible for importing and distributing Renault, Dacia, and Alpine in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. From November 3, 2025, RN Automotive will operate the dealership for Renault and Dacia at two locations in Haninge and Spånga, taken over from Hedin Automotive Stockholm. This initiative is a strategic step to strengthen the brands' presence in the Swedish market and create the customer experience of the future. The facilities will serve as reference points for innovation, customer satisfaction, and business development, while contributing knowledge and inspiration to the broader network of independent dealerships.
