Transport Administrator

ValueOne is looking for a Transport Administrator for a consultancy assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Västerås. The assignment starts immediately and lasts until March 2026, with the possibility of extension. ValueOne specializes in Supply Chain Management - procurement and logistics. You will play an important role in supporting the logistics flow and ensuring that deliveries occur as planned. **Main Responsibilities:** - Book domestic and international transports. - Inform internal stakeholders when orders are ready to be shipped. - Create and manage export and shipping documents, including documents for chambers of commerce or embassies. - Create and code freight invoices and advance invoices in SAP, and check that reimbursements are processed correctly. - Ensure that export declarations can be generated and that necessary information is available. - Monitor order status and delivery delays and report discrepancies internally. - Contribute to improvement efforts within the logistics flow and report system issues. **Experience and Competence** We are looking for candidates with experience in transport administration, forwarding, or work within export and logistics. You have a good understanding of export and customs management, and are familiar with working in Excel, as well as SAP or similar business systems. You have a strong command of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms. It is advantageous if you have a higher vocational education in forwarding, customs, or logistics, and if you have previous experience in the manufacturing industry or international logistics. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have good collaboration skills.
