**About the Position**
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Transport Administrator for a consulting assignment starting December 1, 2025, with an anticipated duration until May 31, 2026, with the potential for extension. You will be employed by Poolia and work on behalf of one of our clients in the industrial sector.

**Your Main Responsibilities**
In the role of Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and arranging outgoing deliveries of technical equipment
- Managing freight documentation and ensuring compliance with transport and export regulations
- Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders regarding deliveries
- Creating freight documents and invoices in SAP
- Following up on delivery status and contributing to continuous improvement within logistics flows
The work is carried out in close collaboration with both internal and external parties, where clear communication and organizational skills are crucial for success.
**Who You Are**
We are looking for someone with experience in logistics, transport administration, or freight management, preferably within an international operation. You have good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You express yourself fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and Swedish is an asset. The role requires presence in the office at least 60% of the working hours, with some opportunity for remote work.
