We are seeking an engaged consultant in Trade & Transportation for an exciting assignment in Västerås. You will play a key role in developing and streamlining transport and logistics processes for our client.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on transportation activities while ensuring efficient flows and accurate transport documentation. You will work closely with both internal and external parties to optimize costs and contribute to continuous improvements in logistics flow.
Work Tasks
• Plan, execute, and follow up on transportation activities
• Ensure correct documentation and cost allocation
• Manage supplier contacts and transport plans
• Optimize transportation solutions and work on improvements
• Support logistics flow in collaboration with production, planning, and purchasing
• Contribute to developing effective working methods and routines
Candidate Profile
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills
• Experience in transport and logistics management, preferably in industry
• Good understanding of documentation, regulations, and cost tracking
• Experienced in data analysis and supplier collaboration
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and management
