About the Role of Transformation Leader Luleå Port is now looking for a strategic and driven Transformation Leader who wants to play a key role in our expansive development journey. We are facing a historic growth phase where the transition from project to operations is crucial – and we need you to lead the work from plan to reality. You will act as a bridge between large technical projects and regular operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that changes and systems are implemented in the business in a structured and well-founded manner. We believe you have worked in roles such as Senior Business Developer, Change Leader, Senior Project Manager, or Implementation Leader. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management team, while also having important contact points with all parts of the organization. Main Responsibilities As Transformation Leader, you will have overall responsibility for developing processes that strengthen the port's operational capacity and long-term competitiveness. You will: • Lead the transformation work from project phase to efficient operations. • Play a key role in ensuring that core operations develop in line with the expansion. • Identify and operationally implement improvements in the business structure. • Work closely with the company's management, project management, and operations, as well as external stakeholders to find the best solutions. • Ensure that new agreements, systems, and working methods are introduced and function within Luleå Port's operations. • Plan, coordinate, and anchor deliveries from our projects. This includes identifying needs, obstacles, and solutions during implementation, as well as quality assurance afterward. Qualifications • Documented several years of experience in business development, major establishments, operational transitions in complex environments, or large projects. • Technical understanding and experience, preferably from logistics, infrastructure, or industry. • Experience in interpreting and applying agreements in practice. • Relevant academic education. Meritorious • Background in industry, logistics, construction, government, or the public sector. • Knowledge of agile project methodology. • Experience working with complex agreements and multiple stakeholders. • Experience in port operations.
