We are growing and are now looking to reinforce our transaction team – a transaction analyst and potentially also an assistant project manager. Here, you will work through the entire transaction process, develop your skills, and collaborate with both national and international clients.
The role will be tailored to your experience: if you have a couple of years of analytical experience in real estate, M&A, or auditing, you can grow into the analyst role. The role involves supporting colleagues by gathering and analyzing information, conducting valuations, and preparing sales materials to ensure an efficient and qualitative transaction process. You will be involved in all parts of the transaction process and work broadly across industry segments.
If you have advanced further and built relevant knowledge and experience in the real estate industry from a similar role and are ready to take the next career step with greater responsibility in client dialogues and business-driving processes, there is an opportunity to take on the role of assistant project manager.

In practice, this means that you will:
• Conduct market analyses, real estate and portfolio mapping, including independent conclusions based on data and analysis.
• Perform experience-based feasibility assessments and quality reviews.
• Analyze cash flows and investment returns, as well as assess the values of properties and portfolios.
• Compile internal reports, external presentations, and investment memorandums.
• Follow and analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and contribute to our strategy development.
• Manage legal and technical aspects of the transaction process.
• Be responsible for data room management, due diligence processes, and other transaction-related activities.
• Contribute to client relationships and build a professional network.
As a Transaction Analyst, you will be a key person supporting the team with data-driven analyses, participating in acquisition and sales processes, and contributing to identifying new business opportunities. You are a part of the operational work from start to finish.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will take greater responsibility for client dialogues, deal flow, and business development while being an important part of the operational work.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in analytical work within real estate, M&A, or auditing, preferably with experience in real estate transactions with property owners, advisors, or similar. You have a relevant academic background in economics/finance, real estate, or a similar field. You are meticulous and analytical by nature and have a good command of Excel.
You are communicative and have an excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English. With an eye for the visual, you are used to creating attractive and clear presentations.
