**Operations Technician for our Combined Heat and Power Production**
Would you like to work with operations and maintenance in combined heat and power production at a modern Småland energy company?

**About the Position**
The role includes all relevant tasks, ranging from operational optimization and production planning to service and mechanical maintenance of our boilers, turbines, and other auxiliary equipment. You will work both in teams with your colleagues and independently, and you will have your own area of responsibility. Working hours are scheduled during the daytime in the summer months and in two shifts during the winter months. Since on-call duty is part of the position, you must reside in Tranås or its vicinity. **About You**
Your educational background is as an operations technician, operations/marine/energy engineer with a focus on power/heat/process, or equivalent at the university or vocational level. Experience with solid fuel combustion, process industry, maintenance work, and/or other similar activities is considered an asset. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, positive, and sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You are a responsive and engaged team player who can also work independently, possessing a humble attitude with the ability to step forward and take initiative when the opportunity arises and the situation demands it. Other important qualities for the position include attention to detail and a structured approach to work. You are self-assured and handle stress well. You have good language skills in Swedish and English, and you hold a valid B driver's license.
