About this role

Do you want to be part of a vital work? The Operations Department in Sunderbyn is one of the largest workplaces in the region. Here, operating room nurses, anesthetists, nursing assistants, and various specialist doctors work in teams around the patient. We are now looking for you who are a registered nurse and want to further your education to become an operating room nurse! We seek individuals who are interested in developing their profession and have a strong desire to increase their knowledge in surgical nursing! We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse eligible to apply for specialist training in surgical nursing. Experience is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You view service and flexibility as a given and have a sense of order and organization. You have a knack for teamwork and the ability to build good relationships while managing stressful situations. What you will work with The work in the operating room is exciting and educational. As a trainee, you will gain close insight into the work of an operating room nurse. You will undergo a program focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the operating room nurse's profession. This includes some theory in the following areas: hygiene, patient safety, work in the sterilization department, handling of materials, operating tables, medical technical equipment, and an overview of the various surgical procedures that occur within different surgical specialties. The trainee period can transition (if desired) into employment with us based on your acquired competencies.
