Traffic Safety Worker at Wewab in Gävle

Do you want to work on improving traffic safety together with our team? We are currently seeking several Traffic Safety Workers with a C driver's license for our operations in Gävle. About the Position As a Traffic Safety Worker, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up materials as requested by our customers. You will transport materials and set up signs, barriers, fences, and other protective devices to create safe workplaces. You will also drive TMA vehicles and cranes. The role also includes working as a traffic guard and guide. In short, this involves regulating traffic during road closures, communicating with road users, and directing them to alternative routes. When you are not out on the road, you will be at our depot managing our materials and customers. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, as well as sorting and moving materials at the depot. This is a full-time position based in Gävle. Regular working hours are during the day, but night and weekend work may occur. About You We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys taking responsibility, and independently seeks solutions based on customer needs. If you have a good sense of order and enjoy providing service, you will succeed in this role. Furthermore, we want you to share our commitment to traffic safety and a secure working environment. A C driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. If you have completed APV (Work on Roads) 2.1, it is an advantage.
