About Trafiko and the Position
At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry for both students seeking their driver's licenses and instructors providing training. In a short time, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driver education, offering introductory and risk training in 31 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko.
Currently, we offer driving lessons in 11 cities and are now looking to expand our services by providing driving lessons to our students in Kristianstad, which is why we are seeking you to join us on this journey.
About You
We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals by tailoring the education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient demeanor. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.
Requirements:
• Approved driving instructor
• Trained educational leader
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is necessary for daily work
Meritorious:
• Familiarity with digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
