About Trafiko and the Position
At Trafiko, we are changing the driver's license industry for both students and instructors. We have quickly grown to become one of the largest driver's education providers, offering introductory and risk training in 31 cities across Sweden. Students study theory nationwide through our website and app. In total, over 30,000 students are trained with Trafiko annually.
Currently, we offer driving lessons in 11 cities and are now expanding our driving lesson offerings to students in Kungsbacka. We are seeking someone who wants to join us on this journey.
About You
We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students achieve their goals by adapting training to their individual needs. You are quality-conscious with a patient approach. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to complete tasks independently with foresight and structure.
Requirements
• Certified driving instructor
• Trained education leader
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as required for daily work
Preferred Qualifications
• Experienced with digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
