As a Traffic Instructor with us, you will work with training for heavy vehicles and their licenses. We are now seeking a driven Traffic Instructor based in Skövde, who wants to develop our corporate training programs and contribute to Trafique Sweden's continued growth. You will work closely with our students/participants to understand their needs and develop them into attractive professional drivers based on industry requirements. Your tasks will include: • Planning and conducting theoretical training • Planning and conducting practical training • Ensuring students/participants have the right prerequisites to pass the Swedish Transport Agency's exams • Supporting students according to their needs • Developing both yourself and colleagues to stay at the forefront We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is trained as a Traffic Instructor for heavy vehicles • Is communicative, relationship-oriented, and results-driven • Has interest or background in transport, heavy vehicles, or education • Is self-driven, structured, and enjoys driving education • Additional licenses such as forklift, crane, etc. are meritorious Great emphasis will be placed on your personal characteristics. We are seeking a person who is trustworthy, curious, and skilled at creating long-term relationships with students/participants. Location and Scope This is a full-time position based in Skövde.
