The position involves conducting driving lessons (practical driving and theoretical sessions) for students in the Transport track of the Vehicle and Transport program as a driving instructor or with equivalent qualifications. The role also includes administrative tasks such as booking tests, training (e.g., Risk 1 & Risk 2), and driving schedule planning to support the operations during the weeks.
In daily operations, you will work alongside a team of teachers and instructors to support students towards their high school diploma and the opportunity to obtain driver's licenses (B, C, YKB & CE).
Your Profile
We are seeking a certified driving instructor with B license and licenses for C, YKB & CE, or with alternative qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer. Previous experience in the transport industry is considered a merit.
As a person, you are committed and have a strong interest in supporting the individuals you train in their development. We also place great importance on your collaboration skills, flexibility, and professional expertise. To succeed in the role, you need good pedagogical abilities and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
The ability to recognize and act in line with the organization's needs, along with your collaboration skills, are crucial parts of this role. You should have the competence and sensitivity to meet each student according to their needs and circumstances. It is important that you can build good relationships with both students and colleagues.
