Welcome to us The position is located in the Infrateknik unit, where approximately 16 employees are responsible for the operation and maintenance of facility technology in the city’s road and utility tunnels, movable bridges, escalators, elevators, ground heating, fountains, and on-call services for electrical and ground heating, among other duties. The operations are very outward-facing and involve daily contact with citizens, businesses, other administrations, and organizations. Your role You will work with operation, supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, ventilation, heating, and pump systems. You will also perform checks and functional changes in control and monitoring equipment. As a project participant, you will contribute to projects where your expertise drives progress. Participation in operation and maintenance planning, as well as proposing improvements in processes and routines, is part of your role. You will have fixed working hours. On-call duty will be part of the job. Your competencies and experience You have completed a secondary or vocational education in operational technology, or have other relevant education combined with good knowledge in electrical or control and regulation technology. Experience with SCADA systems (perimeter security, security systems, and CCTV) is an asset. You possess a couple of years of experience in the operation and maintenance of facilities within any of the aforementioned technical areas. You hold a valid driver’s license (B category), have good computer skills, and can work with Office at a basic level. Education and experience are important, but we also place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You take responsibility and have good judgment in your work. Used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, you work in a structured and goal-oriented manner with a desire to achieve results. You have a good ability to collaborate and value an open and respectful working environment. You possess strong communication skills and are attentive when interacting with colleagues, suppliers, and others. You take the time to listen, adjust your communication according to the situation, and contribute to a respectful cooperation climate with colleagues and close citizens and customers.
