The Traffic Administration is responsible for managing and developing Stockholm's public spaces to make them safe, attractive, accessible, and sustainable. The mission encompasses everything from maintaining the existing urban environment to implementing strategic investment projects and planning for tomorrow's growing metropolis. To fulfill our mission, we have around 470 colleagues, primarily located in the recently renovated premises of the Technical Committee Building in Kungsholmen. Together, we ensure that Stockholm continues to be a city at the forefront of sustainable transportation solutions and vibrant environments, both today and in the future. Welcome to Us Service Center is a unit within the Business Support division with a broad responsibility for most of the Traffic Administration's support activities, such as HR, IT, security and preparedness, information management, committee administration, and feedback handling. The division's mission is to be a supportive operation that enables other departments to fulfill their assignments. The division has a total of approximately 75 employees. The Service Center handles and responds to Stockholm residents' comments and error reports concerning the city's outdoor environment. We also work with questions about permits and parking. The operation is open 24/7 and consists of service administrators and coordinators. The unit comprises over 20 permanent employees and several hourly employees. By 2025, Service Center will handle approximately 400,000 cases. Service Center is open 24/7 throughout the year, and part of your work hours will be outside normal office hours. The service administrator role involves being the Traffic Administration's contact point for Stockholm residents. You are responsible for receiving and managing cases related to the city's outdoor environment, which come in via both telephone and e-services like the city's "Tyck till" app. Our operations are daily influenced by global events, and we handle a variety of issues, from snow removal to relocating incorrectly parked cars and injured animals. Service Center employees play a crucial role in providing concrete service to Stockholm residents and creating trust and credibility for the City of Stockholm in an increasingly changing and uncertain world. You thrive best in teams that support and help each other in daily work. Additional Information Service Center is staffed 24/7, year-round. This means your working hours will include both day and evening shifts. Weekend and holiday work is part of the role. Night work may occur by agreement.
