Your Responsibilities
As a Traffic and Operations Manager, you will play a key role with primary responsibility for the company’s short-term planning. This role involves coordinating scheduled bus services, taxi, and charter traffic, as well as providing and coordinating resources to cover vacant shifts. With a customer-focused perspective, you will manage bookings for tourist buses, airport transfers, and school trips. The position requires close collaboration within the team, working together and maintaining close contact with the workshop manager to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience. As a person, you have a natural talent for communication and the mindset to always deliver first-class service—both internally and externally. In the role of Operations Manager, you excel at problem-solving and have the ability to prioritize tasks, even under high pressure. We are a small workplace where we support each other, and your team spirit will be a significant asset. To succeed in this role, we see that you are a structured initiator with a passion for planning and organizing. You enjoy creating order, even when unexpected challenges arise, such as illness or other reasons. You need to be comfortable with the fact that work can sometimes take unexpected turns and thrive when there is a lot to do. We are looking for someone with experience in scheduling and staff planning or experience in traffic and transport management. If you also have experience from the industry, we consider that a strong advantage. Furthermore, we believe that to succeed in this role, you should have good IT system proficiency and digital maturity. You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The position includes on-call duties every fifth week, which can be done from home.
