We are now seeking a qualified teacher in woodworking with a Swedish teaching certification.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start at the beginning of the semester in August. A probationary period of 6 months will be applied.
Job Description
You will be part of a team that includes special education teachers, special and subject teachers, and will need to work in teams around specific students while working independently when required.

Together with your colleagues, you will work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for students. You will work in teams with teaching colleagues and support pedagogues. Our mission is to collectively lead and support students in their social and academic development. The team collaborates on planning, teaching, and students' school day. Mentoring a class is included in the position.
Who are you?
You have a Swedish teaching degree for crafts in grades 4-9 and a Swedish teaching certification. You have clear pedagogical insight and ability to implement curriculum goals in your work. You demonstrate strong leadership and are confident with student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and collaborative pedagogue who challenges and stimulates student development. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is self-evident to you. You communicate directly and humbly with guardians and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You should be positive and cooperative, prepared to be part of an international team.
In your role, you will teach in Swedish, but colleagues primarily speak English, though also Swedish. Therefore, you need to be fluent in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
