Crafttech is a company made up of garden enthusiasts specializing in garden maintenance, primarily in the northern Stockholm area. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated landscape gardener/garden maintenance worker for a seasonal position at our operation in Vallentuna.

Job Responsibilities
As a garden maintenance worker, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of gardens and green areas during the season. Your tasks will include mowing lawns, trimming edges, pruning trees and shrubs, as well as planting and weeding. You will ensure that the soil receives the right nutrients, manage irrigation, and keep areas clean by removing leaves and garden waste. For the health of the lawns, you will perform aeration, vertical cutting, and moss control. You will also ensure that paths and patios are kept tidy and free from dirt.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with experience in or a strong interest in gardening. You are responsible, organized, and have an eye for detail. The work takes place outdoors, and we are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and approaches tasks with enthusiasm.
It is advantageous if you have training in horticulture or a related field. If you lack formal education, we value drive, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn instead. You should have a good work ethic, be able to work independently, and also be a team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
A valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. If you have a license for a wheel loader, experience in tree pruning, and/or good plant knowledge, we consider that an asset.
Terms of Employment:
- Employment Type: Seasonal employment
- Period: From approximately March 15 to mid-October, depending on when the season ends
- Scope: Full-time
- Working Hours during the season: Mon–Thu 06:30–16:00 and Fri 06:30–12:30
