Gardener and Snow Removal Worker - Starting December 1, 2025

Job Responsibilities • Green area maintenance: mowing, clearing, pruning bushes and small trees, planting, fertilization, and basic pest control. • Driving and operating gardening machinery: lawn mowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaw (as needed). • Snow removal and de-icing: operating snow blowers/plows, sweepers, and spreading salt/gravel. Manual shoveling at entrances and walkways. • Daily equipment inspection, error reporting, and adherence to safety procedures. • Professional customer interaction and maintaining high service and quality standards. Qualifications (Requirements) • Minimum 2 years documented experience in gardening and snow removal. • Valid Swedish B driver's license. • Practical experience with gardening and snow removal machinery. • Languages: Professional level Swedish, English, and Spanish. • Good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions. • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and in teams. • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and personal protective equipment (PPE). Preferred Qualifications • Certifications for chainsaw/machinery (e.g., A/B) or safety training. • Experience with corporate clients or seasonal contracts (summer/winter). • Flexibility during snowfall (early mornings/evenings/nights).
