Are you our new Service Manager?
Do you want to help shape the future of the digital workplace? We are now looking for a Service Manager for Microsoft 365 and applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Copilot. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence how our employees collaborate and communicate – and create services that truly make a difference in everyday life.
As a Service Manager, you will be part of a wonderful and skilled team. Your focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools will make your days varied, with tasks ranging from driving improvements and projects to creating real value for the business and our users. Your days will be filled with meaningful tasks such as:
- Managing service governance and lifecycle management
- Monitoring key performance indicators, costs, budgets, and risks
- Identifying business needs and improvement suggestions – and ensuring that the services create tangible value
- Collaborating with other service managers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Keeping up with developments in the industry and working on improvements
- Initiating, driving, or participating in projects that develop the service area and its applications
- Leading efforts with AI support, including Microsoft Copilot

Experience you bring and share with us:
- Higher education in a relevant field or other experience that can be considered equivalent
- Proficient in Swedish, both written and spoken
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365
- Several years of experience in IT operations, digital workplace, or related areas
- Experience in managing and developing IT services
Experience in establishing M365 governance and management is considered a merit.
