Vantörs Home Care is seeking hourly substitutes who can work evenings, weekends, and nights.

Our service area includes Bandhagen, Örby, and Högdalen. The night team operates throughout the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör district. Our office is located in Högdalen.
Your Role
As an employee in home care, you have an important task to make people's everyday lives easier, better, and more enjoyable. You provide good care and social support to clients according to care decisions. This includes assisting with personal care, supervision, shopping, cleaning, and laundry, as well as promoting a social and active lifestyle. In addition to practical tasks, you will also need to document events in our documentation system and maintain contact with relatives.
You will move between clients on foot or by electric bicycle. At night, you will travel by car.
Your Skills and Experience
To thrive and succeed in your job, you need to:
- Have previous experience working in home care
- Be computer literate and have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as documentation and reporting are part of the job
- Be able to ride a bicycle (electric bicycle)
- Be able to drive a car (at night)
It is advantageous if you have:
- A protected professional title as a care assistant and/or a completed upper secondary education in health and social care, health care, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- A B driver's license.

Enskede Årsta Vantör is one of 11 district administrations in the City of Stockholm. As part of the City of Stockholm, the administration offers preschool and leisure services, care for the elderly and people with disabilities, social services, preventive and safety-promoting work, urban development, and park maintenance to our 105,000 residents living in the district. We face exciting challenges as the Enskede Årsta Vantör district grows and entirely new neighborhoods are being built. Approximately 18,000 new apartments are planned by 2030.
To work with the City of Stockholm in caring for the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issuance.
