We are seeking engaged part-time employees in care and support services.
In care and support services, commitment is high, and we strive daily to create meaningful lives for our fellow human beings. Together, we work with joy and compassion! As part of our team, your main tasks will involve supporting our service users in their daily needs. This includes personal care, service assistance, and leisure activities.

All our newly hired temporary staff will undergo an introductory training.
We are looking for candidates who are 18 years or older. We prefer applicants who are studying or have completed education as nursing assistants, childcare workers, caregivers, youth recreation leaders, or have other qualifications in care, psychiatry, or LSS. Previous experience in care work is considered meritorious.
Work in our facilities operates 24/7, which means irregular working hours. Evening, weekend, and night shifts are common.
We are seeking temporary staff for the following services:
Home Care
Home care staff work both in teams and independently. Work is performed in the service user's home environment. Our home care groups support both younger and older individuals with various needs, which means diverse tasks and situations.
Short-Term Care Unit
At the short-term care unit, you will work with a rehabilitation-oriented approach in care and training situations. Since individuals stay here for a short time, you will encounter many different people with various needs in your work.
Residential Care, Elder Care
In our care and nursing homes, residents need more daily support. Employees work based on the individual's abilities, values, and habits when performing daily tasks and personal care. The facility is divided into 13 units. In the residence for people with dementia, staff work with person-centered care, focusing on the person rather than the dementia condition.
Social Psychiatry
In social psychiatry, you have the opportunity to work at our supported housing or as a housing support worker for individuals with mental disabilities in their own homes. Tasks vary depending on the individuals. If you enjoy diverse tasks and are good at listening, motivating, and supporting people towards a functional daily life, this could be for you.
Personal Assistance
As a personal assistant, you work together with a specific individual in their daily life. Your workplace is the individual's home, and you are available according to their needs. The freedom in the work requires you to take significant responsibility, be comfortable working independently, and be flexible and proactive.
Short-Term and Leisure Activities (LSS)
In short-term and leisure activities for children and youth with functional variations, you support children and youth in daily life with care, medication, play, and cooking, etc. The focus is on providing children and youth with varied and stimulating quality of life.
LSS Group Housing
In our group housing, adults with functional variations live. Residents have their own apartments connected to shared spaces where staff is available 24/7. As a caregiver, you support and work to interpret and clarify daily life. The work should promote participation and independence with respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination.
