At Alma Assistans, we are looking for hourly substitutes for our client in Tranemo.
We are seeking someone who can work in a family environment, able to see what needs to be done and take initiative at home, while also being discreet and allowing the family to maintain their privacy. You will be working with a man in his 40s who has significant physical care needs, which he communicates directly to his assistants. All necessary aids are available in the home, and the environment is adapted to meet his needs.
Experience in healthcare is considered a significant advantage. The family resides in Tranemo, making it easy for you to reach the workplace. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable.
The proposed schedule will be as follows: 07:30-16:30 and 16:00-09:00 - 7.5 hours on-call. This will be evaluated together with the client and assistants in the future and may be subject to change.
