JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the municipality's Social Services, the primary mission is to work with people in need of support, help, and care to manage their daily lives. We are now seeking committed temporary staff for our excellent facility, Skålmogården. Skålmogården has 36 care apartments distributed across 4 different departments on 2 floors.
All work roles involve varying work hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. We also have a need for staff willing to work night shifts.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing care, help, and support to residents and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs.
• Creating a meaningful daily life for each individual in collaboration with their environment, working solution-focused to meet individual needs without compromising their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence.
• Providing residents with security in their own home.
• Following our routines and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can easily put themselves in others' situations. It comes naturally to you to show respect for others' wishes and needs. You enjoy collaborating with others and are good at finding solutions together to reach our common goal. Since working with people involves constant changes, it's important that you can adapt and maintain a good mood.
It's crucial that you can speak and write Swedish so that individuals and colleagues understand you, while also being able to adapt your communication based on others' different abilities. You need to have sufficient physical capabilities to handle the job's tasks.
We prefer candidates who have previously worked in a role involving interacting with people in various situations. It is also advantageous if you have completed training as a care assistant or similar education. Experience in caring for people and knowledge of cognitive diseases is also a plus.
A B driver's license is required for some of our workplaces.
