For Personal Assistance, we are looking for several hourly substitutes who can work day/evening/night shifts as well as on-call or 24-hour shifts. There may be opportunities for longer temporary positions, and we are also seeking summer substitutes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Here, you will support our clients in their daily lives based on their approved needs in their own homes. Your clients may include both elderly and younger individuals with disabilities. Examples of tasks include assisting the client with their daily life, leisure activities, as well as care and support tasks. The duties are typical tasks that occur within care and support.
Working hours vary; they may include day, evening, weekend, or night shifts, as well as on-call or 24-hour shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from the Care Program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare. As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a team. During your shift, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client receives safe and secure care.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written; some clients may accept English-speaking staff. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
A B driver's license is advantageous as we have clients living outside central Boden.
