Hourly Substitutes Needed for Preschools in Partille Municipality
We currently have a significant need and are seeking individuals who can be available for at least three days per week. As a substitute, you will help create conditions for children to play, learn, and develop during their day at the preschool, while also having fun together. Along with other staff, you will help create creative indoor and outdoor activities and participate in daily gatherings, field trips, meals, and other activities with the children.
Working as a substitute with us means working at various preschools in Partille Municipality. You will replace regular staff during short-term or unplanned absences by entering your availability in our booking system, after which we will schedule you when work shifts arise. Work hours will vary between 6 AM - 6 PM on weekdays.

As a preschool substitute, having the right personal qualities is crucial. You need to be flexible and enjoy working in new environments. You must be attentive to both the children you meet and your colleagues and guardians. You need to be able to take personal responsibility for your tasks, take initiative, and complete what you start. Naturally, you must also have a good approach towards everyone you encounter during your workday. Experience working with childcare in any form is meritorious. Having a completed high school education is also meritorious.
To work as a substitute with us, you need to be available at least 3 days per week. We are seeking someone who is thorough and responsible, as we require you to manage your availability and update it in our staffing system. Since some of our preschools are located slightly outside the central area, having a driver's license and access to a car can be an advantage.
According to the Education Act, a police record extract must be presented before employment in preschool activities, schools, and school childcare. As we aim to maintain quick recruitment processes, we will contact those who indicate they already have a valid extract to show. We recommend ordering your extract before applying! A valid ID document must also be presented.
Your application must specify citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after ID verification and work permit check where necessary, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
