Job Duties As a substitute, you will provide care, support, and service to users approved for interventions according to the Social Services Act and perform tasks within the Healthcare Act. In collaboration with other professional groups, you will support and help users achieve a dignified life and well-being based on their individual circumstances. Qualifications * You must be 18 years or older. * You must be proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As part of the recruitment, we will conduct a language and language comprehension test to maintain recommendations from the National Board of Health and Welfare for elderly care work.
