At StudentConsulting, we are currently seeking both qualified and unqualified teachers for primary schools in Lidingö. We are looking for those interested in working with children's and adolescents' learning and development. We seek individuals who are studying or have another job of at least 50% and want to work extra in preschool. The employment form is flexible and gives you the opportunity to work at various primary schools as a substitute.
As a substitute teacher in primary school, you will, among other things:
• Support students in their learning and social development.
• Conduct lessons according to planning or assist the regular teacher.
• Create a safe and motivating environment where students feel seen and encouraged.
• Assist with conflict resolution and relationship building.
• Support students with special needs if necessary.
The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at different primary schools in Lidingö. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• You hold a primary school teacher's degree or a secondary school teacher's degree according to the Regulation (2011:326) on qualifications and licenses for teachers.
OR
• You are a student in a teacher education program with at least one completed internship period and documented experience of working in primary school.
We would also like you to:
• Be flexible and able to navigate quickly around the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car are advantageous).
• Have a genuine interest in educational work and children's development.
• Be calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with students and colleagues.
• Have an ease in building relationships and instilling trust.
• Communicate clearly and possess good collaboration skills.
• Experience working in schools is highly meritorious.
