Job Tasks Within Housing and Support, you can work as a Care Assistant, Habilitation Staff, or Rehabilitation Staff. Your clients may include both older and younger individuals with disabilities. Depending on your workplace, you might work in a group home, assisted living, short-term/leisure facility, or in the client's own home. Tasks include supporting clients in their daily life, leisure activities, and care and support duties. Tasks are typical of those in healthcare and social care. Scheduled working hours (day, evening, weekend, or night shifts and on-call periods may occur). QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old. Preferred candidates have a background in Care Programs or equivalent, or previous work experience in healthcare. Experience with medication management and medication delegation is advantageous. We seek someone who is flexible, attentive to others' needs, precise, service-oriented, solution-focused, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You should easily collaborate with managers, colleagues, and other professional categories, and work equally well independently or in a group. During your shift, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring clients receive safe and secure care. Good Swedish language skills are required, both spoken and written. If hired, an introduction will be offered. We place significant emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is advantageous.
