Care should be delivered in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a focus on a cohesive care chain and patient involvement. Ekeliden is part of specialist psychiatry and is a care and treatment home for adult women and men who have dependencies on alcohol, drugs, and/or medications. Our team includes CBT therapists, treatment assistants, treatment pedagogues, doctors, nurses, and kitchen staff. Ekeliden is located in Tingsryd, 45 kilometers south of Växjö.
We are currently seeking hourly substitutes and look forward to your application!
JOB DESCRIPTION
The treatment is based on a solution-focused perspective where the client formulates the problem themselves. The methods used include various CBT techniques, key worker conversations, and alternating care with training at home. The treatment is low-intensity, with four to five treatment sessions per week and time for recovery.
As an hourly substitute, you will work alongside regular staff in the clients' daily activities and engagement. Travel to and from clients' various activities, as well as practical tasks such as cleaning and assisting in the kitchen, are part of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who are trained behavioral scientists or have other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience in addiction and treatment work is an advantage. You should have a strong ability to meet people in vulnerable situations, be flexible, and possess good collaboration skills. Your values should align well with the equal rights of all individuals.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Before an employment offer is made, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.
