Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will uphold the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.
About the position
The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.
We are currently seeking someone who matches the following criteria:
• Wants to work with a 19-year-old male in Stånga
• Has good physical fitness to perform transfers
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
It is also advantageous if you:
• Have experience in personal assistance or similar work
• Personal suitability will be given significant importance.
Working hours, employment rate, and salary:
We are looking for 2 part-time employees who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations will be in accordance with the collective agreement.
Start date
by agreement.
