Our dedicated support workers have experience in healthcare and social care. The work is individually tailored to each person's needs and goals, focusing on promoting independence and creating structure in daily life. Continuity and good relationships are central to the assignment.
Service Accommodations in central Ekerö Center (LSS) are, like housing support, a practical, pedagogical, and social intervention designed to enhance an individual's ability to manage daily life. Individuals live in their own apartment with access to common areas for socializing.

The Service Accommodations (LSS) and Housing Support (SoL) services cater to individuals with various functional variations and ages. The support we provide is individually designed based on each person's needs and wishes. Work tasks vary depending on the specific service you are offered employment in.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:
• Have a high school diploma
• Be calm and confident, with the ability to work in the best interest of our clients. We place great importance on personal suitability
• Preferably have experience working with individuals with functional variations and understanding of related challenges
• Contribute to good collaboration with colleagues while being able to work independently
• Have good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, and be computer-literate
• Be at least 18 years old

To work in Ekerö Municipality's housing support and service accommodations, you must present a police record extract (HVB) with valid photo ID before employment. Request the extract on the police website. The extract must not be older than six months from the issue date.
