Part-Time Temporary Caregivers - Join Our Care Team!

We are seeking part-time temporary staff for our operations, where we together create security, joy, and quality of life for those we serve. You can work in: • Home Care (ordinary residence) – You visit and help elderly people living in their own homes. Here you'll be active and moving around a lot, which means your days will be varied and eventful. You'll work both independently and alongside supportive colleagues. • Elderly Care Facilities (special housing) – At our care homes, you'll help residents with their daily care and support needs. Together with colleagues in various roles, you'll form a team working to create pleasant days and a warm, secure, and joyful environment for residents. • LSS & Social Psychiatry – Here you'll support individuals of all ages with physical or mental functional variations by working in group homes, special housing services, housing support, and personal assistance within LSS. WORK TASKS As a care and support temporary worker, you're an important part of someone's daily life. You'll help with: • personal care and service tasks, • meals and activities, • and most importantly, creating beautiful moments and meaningful days for those we serve. It could be a smile, a walk in the sunshine, or a conversation over a cup of coffee that makes a difference for someone. Working Hours and Scope Our operations run 24/7, every day of the year, which means you can work days, evenings, nights, or weekends. QUALIFICATIONS You don't need extensive experience; the most important thing is having your heart in the right place. We're looking for someone who: • meets people with warmth, respect, and commitment, • is attentive, flexible, and confident, • is 18 or older and speaks/writes Swedish at a basic level, • has a driving license (B-class, required for some positions), • can provide a criminal record extract.
