Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to persons granted personal assistance due to needing help with one or more fundamental needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You will safeguard the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to ensuring a smooth daily life.
About the Position
The role of personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. We are therefore seeking someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.
We are now looking for someone who matches the following:
• Willing to work with a woman in her mid-30s located in Svartå
• Excellent Swedish language skills
• Able to tolerate pet animals
• Experience in similar work, specifically with mobility aids
• If living outside of Svartå, a driver's license and access to a car is required for commuting to work
It is also meritorious if you:
• Live in or near Svartå
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours, Employment Scope, and Salary:
We are currently seeking hourly temporary staff who can work as needed. Working hours are during daytime, evening, and night, on weekdays and weekends. Night shifts include 6.5 hours of standby time.
Hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensation per collective agreement.
Commencement
Immediately or by arrangement.
Employment at Humana
A prerequisite for employment with Humana is that the applicant can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
