JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking additional temporary staff for our 6 municipal primary schools, both in Hörby town and rural areas.
As a temporary staff member, you can step in on short notice. We offer high flexibility – you make yourself available in our staffing system when you want and can work. Our coordinator will then match you with the school's needs for that day.
In primary school, from preschool to grade 9, you will work with students aged 6-16. Tasks may vary from being a teaching assistant to substitute teacher and after-school personnel. You will work with regular staff to create an inspiring and secure environment for children's learning and development.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a substitute, you play a crucial role in creating security and joy in children's and students' days. It is important to have good collaboration skills and be a positive role model for children and students.
The work requires that you enjoy working in different workplaces and can easily adapt to new routines and working methods.
Having a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is viewed positively, as some units are located outside central Hörby, but this is not a requirement.
Relevant education or previous experience is meritorious but not mandatory. To work with children in schools, you must be able to provide an acceptable criminal record extract.
