We are looking for a dedicated and caring personal assistant for our female client in Lerum. The client is a positive 53-year-old woman who needs your help to continue living an independent and active life. She has recently undergone tracheostomy and PEG but strives to return to work.
As a personal assistant for the client, you will play a crucial role in her daily life. The client is in a wheelchair and has issues with physical stamina. Therefore, she needs assistance with everyday tasks to conserve energy and continue enjoying life to the fullest.
The client can drive herself, but she prefers that assistants help with this to make it easier and conserve energy. In addition, the client needs help with activities such as outdoor walks and attending concerts. If you have culinary skills, it would be a plus, as the client appreciates good food and culinary experiences. Most of her nutrition is received via PEG. The tasks will involve a fair amount of management of the tracheostomy and breathing.
Working hours are part-time, with mixed shifts both day and evening. We are therefore seeking assistants with flexibility who can adapt to the client's needs and preferences. Expect 2-3 shifts per week, each shift lasting 12 hours.
The employment rate is approximately 50%, with a start date as soon as possible if available.
