About Us We at Nytida work with a clear pedagogical framework focusing on low-affective approach, clarifying pedagogy, and alternative & complementary communication (AAC). Your Responsibilities - Work as an hourly staff member as needed – evenings, weekends, and weekdays based on schedule - Provide support in daily activities based on individual needs and strengths - Work according to our methodology: creating security, structure, and participation for residents - Collaborate with colleagues and network (relatives, guardians) - Document and report according to organizational routines We're Looking For Someone Who - Has relevant or ongoing education in social care (Experience with the target group is meritorious) - Has a clear and structured work approach and good communication skills - Can work based on our values: security, self-determination, and meaningfulness - Is flexible and can step in on short notice - Has a valid driver's license (B-license) We Offer - Opportunity to work hourly/secondary employment with flexible scheduling - Introduction training and support via our internal training program "Lära" - A workplace where you can truly make a difference and achieve personal development - Work in beautiful residential environments: nature-close location in Varnhem and central location in Skara
