Future welfare is our major challenge. To meet this, we at the Labor Market Administration have a crucial mission: to enable residents receiving economic assistance to become self-sufficient as quickly as possible, while also helping employers find the right skills.
We tackle the challenge with a wide range of adult education and labor market initiatives – and we test new ways of working together with the business sector, other administrations, authorities, and civil society. To succeed, we must dare to try new things and find smart solutions.
We are approximately 400 colleagues in the administration, and our role is to provide residents with the right tools so they can take responsibility for their own development and livelihood. We also coordinate the city's work on migration and establishment issues.
Job Duties
Komvux Helsingborg is now seeking several temporary substitute teachers who can teach Swedish/Swedish as a second language at basic and upper secondary levels. There may also be opportunities for part-time substitute positions during spring 2026.
Teaching will primarily occur during the day, but evening shifts are also possible.
Qualifications
We want you to:
- Have good knowledge in the teaching field
- Find it easy to connect with people and enjoy speaking in front of groups
- Have experience working in pedagogical contexts
Meritorious
- Teaching certification
- College credits in Swedish/Swedish as a second language
- Experience from adult education
