JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your task with us is to provide our clients with secure and good care, support in daily life, and stimulating leisure activities.
You will receive introduction, training in general care, supervision, and education in medication and movement techniques. Specialized data systems will be used for documentation and planning, in which you will be trained.
Elderly Care Facilities
At our elderly care facilities, you will meet people in need of care and support. Tasks include daily hygiene, social interaction and activities, cleaning, meal support, laundry, certain health and medical interventions, and much more. You will also maintain contact with relatives and participate in social documentation.
Home Care
Working in home care, you'll meet people in their homes. Here you will help clients with personal care such as hygiene, meals, social activities, accompaniment to doctor/community visits, and certain health and medical interventions based on individual client needs. Your work may also include everyday tasks like cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Functional Support Housing
Our clients are people of various ages with varying disabilities who need different levels of help and support in daily life. Work includes contacts with relatives, guardians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and schools. Typically, practical tasks like cooking and housework are also included. The work can sometimes be challenging and physically demanding, requiring self-confidence.
Personal Assistance
As a personal assistant, you are human support for the client, creating opportunities for them to live as independently as possible. Those you help have varying disabilities and need different levels of daily support. You will participate in leisure activities, store visits, meals, dressing, and personal hygiene. Practical household tasks like cooking and housework are also part of the role. The work can be challenging and physically demanding, requiring self-confidence.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek someone who is empathetic, engaged, calm, and responsible, with a genuine interest in working with people.
Requirements:
• Excellent Swedish language skills, verbal and written
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (for home care and functional support)
• Availability to work 2 days per week
• Police record check (control of own information)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant professional education
• Relevant professional experience
• Experience with current target group
• Several years of work experience
We place great importance on interpersonal skills and personal suitability.
