Part-Time Relief Teacher for Outdoor Pedagogy at Frilufts Preschools

Valid criminal record check is a requirement Are you interested in nature and outdoor activities? At Frilufts Förskolor, we use outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that our gatherings, dining, play, creative activities, etc. take place outdoors in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is based on the guiding principles of Safe, Fun, and Educational. Are you interested in working as a part-time substitute with us? You have the opportunity to choose which days you want to work. Many of our substitutes work every day. We prefer that you can work at least 2 shifts per week. How does it work? Is it mandatory to work at all preschools or can I choose an area? You have the option to choose shifts in areas that work for you. How far in advance will I receive information about work shifts? You will receive requests for the same day and several days or weeks in advance. Will I receive an overview of your operations and how things work before my first shift? Everyone who comes to an interview at the office will show their criminal record check and any other certificates. We will also explain how the operations work. Currently, I can work almost all the time, but if a doctor's appointment or similar comes up, can I decline a shift? You choose which days you want to work. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is committed, positive, and can quickly get into their tasks. You should be able to provide and create security, knowledge, and joy at the preschools, and be able to take own initiatives. We prefer someone with an interest in nature and outdoor activities. Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in preschool education since 1993. We operate 11 preschools in five Stockholm municipalities. You will be involved in the pedagogical activities together with other staff. We have preschools in Hässelby, Sollentuna, Danderyd, Upplands Väsby, and Täby. We prefer that you can work at all of them. If you live in a neighboring municipality such as Österåker or Sigtuna, you are also welcome to apply. Education We prefer candidates with a high school education in care programs, children and youth, or equivalent education, but it is not a requirement.
