About Villa Sisjödal
Our facility consists of 90 bright and cozy apartments spread across five floors. Each floor includes apartments, large social areas, and outdoor spaces. Additionally, the building features several natural meeting places such as a large lobby with a lounge section, gym, hair salon, and an Italian restaurant. A winter garden is located at the top of the building, overlooking a large roof terrace with a fantastic view of Gothenburg.
The apartments are bright, modern, and well-planned with high ceilings, designed to enable an independent and comfortable life. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and induction cooktop for light cooking. Bathrooms are fully tiled and equipped with Japanese toilets.
As Care Staff, You Are Incredibly Important!
Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret their needs. At the same time, you'll learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.
You are closest to the resident and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You participate in cross-professional work and write social documentation.

Your Experience and Knowledge
We prefer candidates who are trained nursing assistants with a few years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also advantageous. Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required, but your CV is not the most important factor. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we'll provide support and opportunities for growth.
